At That Something, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product meets the conditions mentioned below.

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item should not have any stains, damage, perfume, or signs of use.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability. You can request an exchange for a different size if your preferred size is available.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, our team will assist you with the available options.

3. Return Policy

Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition. After the returned item passes our quality check, the applicable refund will be processed.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method and your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items purchased during special clearance or final-sale promotions, unless otherwise mentioned.
Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
